If you're a new patient, it's absolutely imperative to book in for a face-to-face consultation 72-hours prior to your treatment, where all aspects of your potential procedure will be discussed with our nurse prescriber, including the possible side effects and risks. She will discuss your expectations and motivations for treatment and it's also a great opportunity to visit the clinic, get comfortable with the environment and enjoy a supportive conversation with her if you're feeling anxious or have any concerns.
