What are my delivery options?
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be shipped the next business day.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs £4.00 (DPD Express) Please note: delivery charge is non-refundable. Free U.K Shipping Is Available On Orders Over £40.00
What courier service do you use?
We use DPD. Please note: a signature is required at this time for all deliveries. However, if you're not at your delivery location, you will be able to change your delivery date, or arrange for it to be left at an alternative address that's more convenient for you. The driver will need to take a photo of the delivery once it's left in your chosen secure location as proof of delivery.
Will I receive notification that my order has been dispatched?
Yes, you will receive an email from us notifying you of your order being shipped. On the day of delivery, you will be sent a delivery time slot and be given the name of your driver and what stop number they are currently on.
How can I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel by clicking on the link in your shipping confirmation. This will take you directly to DPD, where you will have multiple delivery options available.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, DPD will require a signature when they deliver your parcel.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently don't ship outside of the UK.
